Sunday 31st January
The action during the last two weeks Down Under was tremendous and a great start to the ATP Tour 2010. In the end, wins for both the No.1 seeds, Roger Federer and Serena Williams, were well-deserved and rounded off two superb tournaments.
Thankfully we've also been able to join in with a fair share of winners - and an update of all our results for the month of January will be emailed out on our free tennis bets newsletter next week - if you're not yet signed up then make sure you register today!

FREE tennis bets for Federer v Murray
The mens final is a re-match of the US Open final in 2008 which proved an easy win for Roger Federer 6-2 7-5 6-2. However, Andy Murray is a more experienced, stronger (mentally and physically) and threatening opponent to the world No.1 than he was back then. Let's not forget, Murray leads their series 6:4 so he knows how to beat Federer ... if he plays up to his best.
Two bets for the match which, on the statistics, are very solid would be a total duration of under 41.5 games (5/6). Despite many thinking this will be a tight game, and it could well be, past meetings suggest that it won't be unduly long and this kind of line from the bookmakers is within range.
Also, interesting bet, backing the player who loses the first set to come back and win the match. This has happened 5 times in their 10 meetings - which should make it an even money shot. Murray (4/1) has done it in four matches and Federer (11/2) just the once - which was the last time they played, in London, about six weeks ago at the World Tour Finals. This bet is genuinely over-priced.
That's all for today and for the Australian Open. Many thanks for your company during the fortnight ... but the season doesn't end here, don't forget to sign up for outright bets on next week's ATP Tour events.
Friday 29th January
The victory of Andy Murray in the first men's SF provided us with a winner as the Scot completed his four set win in a total of 37 games - W5/6. That success kept up our winning run at the Australian Open and keeps our overall record on our free tennis bets well in profit for the month. It's now close on 14 points to a level stake.

Going into the ladies final tomorrow we're more than happy with our bet on Justine Henin (19/10) advised before the SF's. Now down to 4/5 in a place the Belgian has a great chance of winning her 8th Grand Slam in just her second tournamentback from retirement.
Serena Williams leads their series 7:6 so this will be no formality for Henin but the No.1 seed hasn't looked at her best this past fortnight and there's no doubting Henin's determination, match-fitness and mental strength.
As for the men, Andy Murray is through to his second Grand Slam final and we'll discuss this is in more detail tomorrow ... once his opponent is known.
That's all for today. Don't forget to sign up for next week's events.
Thursday 28th January
With the line-up for Saturday's ladies final complete - Serena Williams will take on Justine Henin - it's now the turn of the four remaining men to battle it out for a place in Sunday's Australian Open final.
More discussion of the women's decider will be here tomorrow but having advised Justine Henin (19/10) to win the title yesterday - as the Belgian looked big value in the outright market before the SF matches - she now trades around the 5/6 mark. Anyway, as for the men ...
More FREE tennis bets for the Australian Open
Andy Murray against Marin Cilic has already been covered and despite a poor price (1/4) the view is that the fitter, fresher and more focused Scot will get the job done and reach a second Slam final.
Roger Federer takes on Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the other SF. Both players came through tough SF's, Federer 2-6 1-3 down to Davydenko before reeling off 13 straight games to turn that one around and Tsonga seeing off Djokovic after trailing 7-6 6-7 1-6. Fine efforts by both players.
They've met twice before, it's 1:1. Federer 6-4 6-1 in Madrid 2008 and Tsonga winning a bizarre encounter in Toronto 2009 when the Frenchman came back from 1-5 down in the third to win it 7-6 1-6 7-6.
Tsonga +6.5 games (4/5) is the call. His power and aggression, if his groundstrokes hold together, can keep this game close and, it must be said, outright odds of 9/2 for the 24-year-old to make a second final here in Melbourne aren't without a chance. Federer, in flashes, is still at his best but the Swiss doesn't quite carry the same air of invincibility.

By close of play on Day 10 we'll be down to the final four in each of the men's and women's singles at the Australian Open.
Both No.1 seeds still appear on course for their respective titles but with Serena Williams coming back from 4-6 0-4 down to beat Victoria Azarenka and Roger Federer defeating Nikolay Davydenko after trailing 2-6 1-3 there's more than a hint of doubt as to whether they will win this coming weekend.

Through to the SF stages and Justine Henin (19/10) looks good value to win the ladies title. The Belgian has the experience, the mental toughness and the undoubted ability to land an 8th Grand Slam title. Facing the Chinese girl, Jie Zheng, in the SF (who she leads 1:0) you would have to fancy the 2004 champion to progess through to the final - where she will be a much shorter price, if not the favourite, to win.
Whilst the bookmakers seem prepared to give the title to Serena Williams, she still doesn't look a 1/2 shot. And against Henin in the final it would be no surprise to see that price drift! No, back the Belgian to win outright.
The first men's SF takes place after the women's SF matches and despite a crushing 5-7 2-6 2-6 loss to Marin Cilic at the US Open last year the call is for Andy Murray to win their re-match. He's no price at 1/4 however.
Murray battered Nadal into submission in the QF's and whilst Cilic has done very well to beat Wawrinka, Del Potro and Roddick this could prove to be a game too far for the Croatian. Murray looks a man on a mission and is taken to win this, possibly quite comfortably, with under 37.5 games (5/6) for the match looking a distinct possibility.
That's all for today. We're back tomorrow with more free tennis bets.
Tuesday 26th January
We're through to Day 10 at Melbourne Park as the Australian Open gets down to the really serious business of sorting out the SF places in each of the mens and womens singles.
Both No.1 seeds - Roger Federer & Serena Williams - remain the players to beat but each has to win a further three matches in order to lift the title and none of these will be easy for players whose recent form, especially away from the Slams, has been below their usual high standards.

Two heavyweight clashes in the men's draw with Federer/Davydenko and Djokovic/Tsonga.
Federer leads the Russian 12:2 (8:2 on hard courts) but has lost their last two meetings in London late last year and Doha just a couple of weeks ago. Davydenko remains capable of defeating the top seed but in order to do so he must overcome a general under-achievement in the Slams - he always seems to fall short in the really big matches (lost 3 SF's and 5 QF's in the majors). Hence despite a top price of 11/5 we are still unconvinced as to whether he can win.
One bet, which is very strong on the stats, is for Federer to win the first set either 6-4 (9/2) or 7-5 (14/1) as the Swiss player, despite a great record over Davydenko, doesn't usually win sets easily (i.e 6-1, 6-2) they tend to be much closer.
Djokovic against Tsonga is a re-match of the 2008 final which the Serb won in four sets 4-6 6-4 6-3 7-6. He's looked pretty good so far (but played nobody of note) whilst the Frenchman has beaten better players (but less easily). We just fancy Djokovic to sneak the win here although he does trail Tsonga 2:4 on the head-to-heads. As a result it's hard to get excited about a price of 1/2 about the No.3 seed making the SF's.
The women's matches see the Williams sisters play for the right to meet in the SF's. Serena leads Azarenka 3:1 but Venus trails Na Li 0:1. Both the Americans are naturally very short prices to win, too short in fact, as their opponents are certainly capable of causing a surprise.
That's all for today. We're back tomorrow with more free tennis bets.
Monday 25th January
By the end of the day's play at Melbourne Park we'll know the full QF line-up for both the men's and women's singles at the Australian Open. On the the men's side we should have six of the top eight seeds through (with only No.4 seed Del Potro and the No.8 seed Soderling have missed out) whilst the women's draw should also include six of the top players (so far only the No.2 seed Safina and the No.5 seed Dementieva have failed to make R4).
FREE tennis bets WIN BIG Down Under!
The latest success for our free bets came with Roddick/Henin W4/5 landing a short-priced double, Davydenko W2/5 over Verdasco and then there's been all the usual winners such as Cilic W2/1, Djokovic W4/1, Henin W1/1, Blake W4/6, Serra W5/6, Mayer W4/6 & Tsonga W10/3 ... Remember, these tennis bets are given FREE on the site, all we ask is for a small contribution to our costs if you back a winner - make a donation here.

FREE tennis bets for the Australian Open
Two men's QF matches for us to cover today. Both very close as far as the bookmakers are concerned.
Rafael Nadal (23/20) has to be the call against Andy Murray. For sure Murray is playing well here. The Scot is yet to drop a set and is possibly more at home on these hard courts than the Spaniard. However, Nadal is (a) the defending champion (b) leads their head-to-head 7:2 (4:2 on hard) (c) is tougher mentally (d) won their one previous meeting here in 2007 and (e) is playing well himself after a poor end to last year.
Given all that, going into this match, Nadal looks the better value as the underdog. Of course, it's down to whoever plays best on the day but it's the No.2 seed who just ticks slightly more boxes and is the bigger price.
Andy Roddick versus Marin Cilic is another 50/50 looking match. A-Rod edges it on experience but Cilic is clearly an improver and will take a lot of heart from his wins over Wawrinka and Del Potro in R3 and R4. It's 1:1 on past meetings - which is no help! - so the call is for a four set match (6/4) which covers each player to win (and each is more than capable of taking a set of the other).
Two matches in the women's draw. Justine Henin (2/5) should take care of Nadia Petrova (the Belgian leads 12:2) whilst the Zheng/Kirilenko tie is very hard to predict even if the Chinese girl is 4:1 over the Russian.
That's all for today. We're back tomorrow with more free tennis bets from Down Under.
Sunday 24th January
More success for us at the Australian Open on Day 7 as Marin Cilic W2/1 against Juan Martin Del Potro. And the five set victory of the Croat ended a great first week at the year's first Grand Slam tournament. It's been winners all the way.
A week of Australian Open tennis winners
Cilic W2/1 followed Djokovic W4/1, Henin W1/1, Blake W4/6, Serra W5/6, Mayer W4/6 & Tsonga W10/3 ... with January, as a whole, showing a very good profit from all our free tennis bets. Remember, these tennis bets are posted up FREE every day on the site, all we ask is for a small contribution to the site's costs if you back a winner - click here to make a donation.
Outright betting has also been good as Cilic W2/1 & Wawrinka e/w 6/1 (Chennai) plus Dementieva W7/1 & Gasquet e/w 12/1 (Sydney) ... and we've got outright bets still very much involved in both events here.
FREE Australian Open tennis bets
Back to the top half of the draw on Day 8 and in the men's event it should be plain sailing for Federer, Davydenko, Djokovic and Tsonga.
Federer leads Hewitt 16:7 - and has won their last 14 matches! - and even despite question marks over the No.1 seed, he should win this. The only angle is whether Hewitt can take a set off Federer. Well, the Aussie did at the US Open last year so maybe Federer 3-1 (10/3) is the value call here.
Nikolay Davydenko (2/5) leads Verdasco 6:1 and should make it 7:1 as the Russian has looked in prime form this past week. Likewise, Novak Djokovic should have way too much firepower for Lukasz Kubot (the No.3 seed easily beat the Pole 6-3 7-6 on clay last year in Belgrade). It's also very difficult to see the Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga slipping up against Nicolas Almagro - they've never met before but on a hard court Tsonga is a confident pick to see off the Spaniard.
Little to report in the women's event. Victoria Azarenka is of appeal against Vera Zvonareva but the 0:4 head-to-head record is a concern. The two Williams sisters and Caroline Wozniacki should all win at short prices.
That's all for today. We're back tomorrow as the action really starts to hot up in Melbourne. See you then.
Saturday 23rd January
Now that we're reaching the end of the first week at the Australian Open both tournaments are beginning to take shape.
With few surprises so far it's the usual suspects - Federer, Davydenko, Djokovic, Murray, Del Potro and Nadal - who look set to dominate the men's event whilst after the departure of Clijsters, Dementieva and Jankovic the women's draw looks to be the Williams sisters against Justine Henin with Azarenka, Wozniacki and Safina trying to gatecrash the party.
A week of tennis winners Down Under!
It's been a good week for us with our free tennis bets - Djokovic W4/1, Henin W1/1, Serra W5/6, Mayer W4/6, Blake W4/6, & Tsonga W10/3 ... in fact in January, as a whole, all our free bets are showing a good profit - so make sure you keep coming back for more!
The outright betting has also been good with Cilic W2/1, Wawrinka e/w 6/1, Dementieva W7/1 and Gasquet e/w 12/1. And we've got outright bets still very much involved in both events here.
FREE tennis bets for the Australian Open
Rafael Nadal is 2:0 against today's opponent Ivo Karlovic. However, of the six sets they've played, four have gone to a tie-break. Rafa is the clear favourite to win - he's looked pretty good in his first three matches here in Melbourne - but it won't be without something of a struggle and the first set score Nadal 7-6 (10/3) or Karlovic 7-6 (11/2) looks worthy of a bet.
Juan Martin Del Potro may prove us all wrong but so far the Argentine has looked moderate, at best, in making R4. Dropping sets in all three matches the US Open champion doesn't looked 100%. For sure, he may pick it up now that the event is getting to the 'business end' but as it is we have to back Marin Cilic (2/1) to take out the No.4 seed. Cilic trails 0:2 to Del Potro but he won well enough in R3 over Wawrinka and the Croat must have a great chance against an under-performing opponent.
At shorter prices, Andy Roddick (8:3) should confirm superiority over Fernando Gonzalez and Justine Henin can use her experience to account for fellow Belgian Yanina Wickmayer. Doubled up Roddick/Henin (4/5) is one for those who prefer winners over value!
That's all for today. We're back tomorrow as Week 2 gets underway in Melbourne.
Friday 22nd January
It's looking like being a fantastic way to begin 2010 as the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open, is really starting to hot up. And because there have been relatively few shocks to date - Soderling (No.8) and Clijsters (No.15) being the main surprises - there will be some superb matches in store as the tournament moves into it's second week.
Plenty of free tennis bet success already!
The winners have certainly flowed in this year's event. Our free bets are already well in profit with the likes of Henin W1/1, Serra W5/6, Mayer W4/6, Blake W4/6, Djokovic W4/1, Tsonga W10/3 ... in fact if you had followed all our advice so far in January for all the events covered you would be showing a very big profit indeed!
And, don't worry, there's still lots more to come before the month is out so make sure you bookmark this page and visit each and every day.
Tennis betting tips for the Australian Open
Today's action involving the top players - Federer, Davydenko & Djokovic - lacks interest from a betting perspective as all should record easy wins and there seems no great reason to look beyond a 3-0 scoreline for all three.
The last time Lleyton Hewitt played Marcos Baghdatis here the match ended at 4.34am - thankfully this time around they are scheduled to play in the afternoon. Baghdatis beat the Aussie en route to the title in Sydney last week but not without a struggle. Could be another long match today (but not quite as long!) and a bet on Baghdatis 3-1 (7/2) and Hewitt 3-1 (4/1) is a fair call in the set betting as this one looks a real 50/50 match-up.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has looked in pretty good form so far in the tournament but faces a dangerous opponent in Tommy Haas. The German beat Tsonga on grass last year and whilst that is a boost for the 31-year-old it might not be enough of a reason to back him to win today. Tsonga 3-1 (11/4) is another decent looking bet at a fair price.
That's all for us today. We'll see you here tomorrow for more analysis of the action Down Under.

Tennis bets for the Australian Open
In the men's draw today we see a repeat of the recent Chennai Open final as Marin Cilic takes on Stanislas Wawrinka. We made some good money on that event (advising both men in the outright market) but despite the Croat winning 7-6 7-6 on that occasion it might well be the Swiss player who wins the re-match here in Melbourne. Wawrinka (5/4) does still lead Cilic 4:1 on past meetings and the No.14 seed had an almighty struggle to get past Bernard Tomic in R2. The generally unreliable Swiss might just be one to rely on here!
When Fernando Gonzalez played Evgeny Korolev here in 2007 the Chilean won the match in four sets ... and the same could very well happen here again. A four set match (19/10) looks a decent bet as Korolev is more than capable of nicking a set off the 1/6 favourite who is prone to more than the occasional loss of concentration during his matches.
In the women's draw the R3 clash between Marion Bartoli and Jie Zheng is a tight one to call but we prefer the claims of the French girl who has enjoyed two solid wins here to date. Bartoli (8/11) just gets the vote.
That's all for us today. Don't forget to sign up for the free newsletter and we'll see you here tomorrow for more analysis of the action Down Under.
Wednesday 20th January
It's been a solid start to the first Grand Slam of 2010, the Australian Open, with all our outright bets and speciality bets safely into R2 (and R3 in some cases) and our free tennis match bets also providing a few winners.
Naturally plenty more to come as we continue in Melbourne through the next 11 days. Also, a thank you to all who signed up to our free bets newsletter yesterday. Our late match bets for Day 3 all went out to all those members and if you aren't on the list ... make sure you sign up today.
Moving onto Day 4 and the competition is just starting to get a little more interesting. We've not seen too many big surprises - Soderling and Sharapova probably the main casualties - so lots of high quality match-ups are lined up for the coming few days.
Tennis bets for the Australian Open
Surprisingly not too much is expected of Jo-Wilfried Tsonga this year but in the 2nd Quarter the Frenchman can go well. In R2 today he faces the 28-year-old American Taylor Dent who might not be quite as formidable an opponent as he would have been before multiple back problems nearly ended his career but he could still be a tough nut to crack. Tsonga should prevail but a first set scoreline of 6-4 (10/3) or 7-6 (5/1) looks the play here for the No.10 seed en route to an expected victory.
The top players like Federer, Davydenko and Djokovic should all cruise into R3 with quite easy looking assignments against Hanesco, Marchenko and Chiudinelli - with Djokovic probably facing the toughest test from the Swiss player and here a 3-1 win (4/1) for the Serb looks a decent piece of value.
Elsewhere today there look to be some tough matches and the best policy in such situations is to keep your money firmly in your pocket. No need to get involved just for the sake of it as there will be plenty more opportunities for profit before the fortnight is out.
We'll be back with you first thing tomorrow with a look ahead to Day 5 from Melbourne Park.
Tuesday 19th January
The weather delays which hit the Australian Open on Day 1 of the Championships thankfully didn't re-appear on Day 2 but with the schedule already playing catch-up the result, at this time anyway, are very few prices from the bookmakers concerning the R2 matches for Day 3.
This problem will be rectified later today so to receive a further betting update, when all the prices will be available, please make sure you sign up to our free bets newsletter.
Signing up will enable you to receive a free betting update during the day once the Day 3 schedule has been finalised and the various matches have been priced up by the bookmakers.
More tennis winners at the Australian Open
The first day of the tournament provided Florian Mayer W4/6 and that was followed by a double on Bellucci/Korolev W5/6 on Day 2. The Brazilian, Bellucci, wrapped up a convincing four set win over Teimuraz Gabashvili whilst the Russian, Korolev, was even more dismissive, beating his German opponent, Daniel Brands, in straight sets.
Those wins keep a fine match betting record on track for January and, of course, there has also been outright tennis success with Cilic W2/1, Wawrinka e/w 6/1, Dementieva W7/1 and Gasquet e/w 12/1.
Plenty more tennis bets from Melbourne
With R1 of the Championships not including too many major shocks - with Soderling (No.8) and Sharapova (No.9) the biggest players to fall thus far in each draw - there should be plenty of competitive matches coming up in R2.
Later today we'll send out our free tennis bets for the pick of the Day 3 action so make sure you sign up to our sign up for our free newsletter so that you don't miss out on any bets. Tomorrow, weather permitting, we'll be back on schedule and will have all the bets online at the normal time.
Monday 18th January
Welcome to the site for Day 2 of the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of 2010, from Melbourne Park. Already we've had an intervention from the weather but hopefully the schedule won't be too badly effected. We've already had our first match bet winner as well with Florian Mayer W4/6 against Philipp Petzschner ... plenty more where that came from.
Members keep on winning BIG!
Outright betting profits are mounting up - Cilic W2/1, Wawrinka e/w 6/1, Dementieva W7/1 and Gasquet e/w 12/1 - added to our free tennis bets which has provided match bet winners up to a top price of W13/2. And for more information about the Tennis Betting Service, don't forget you can sign up for our free bets newsletter.
R1 match bets for the Australian Open
Some interesting matches scheduled for the second day of action and we start with Ernests Gulbis (8/11) against Juan Monaco. The 21-year-old Latvian, Gulbis, is on our list of 'Ten To Follow' this year and is overdue a good run in a big tournament. The faster conditions here give him a useful leg-up against his opponent, Monaco, who is better suited to his prefered clay. Could well be a close one but Gulbis just shades the vote.
At a bigger price the Belgian, Kristof Vliegen (13/5), is fancied to give Michael Berrer a much tougher battle than the odds suggest. Instead of going high on the number of games or sets it's a straight win on the Vliegen who leads Berrer 2:1 (all on Challenger Tour) and has come through the qualifiers to get here. Berrer is no 4/11 chance to win this tie.
And as for the ladies on Day 2 at Melbourne...
Less to comment on as far as the women are concerned. The top players in action like both Williams sisters, Wozniacki, Ivanovic and Azarenka should all oblige. The only match to mention is the American Melanie Oudin (4/5) against Alla Kudryavtseva of Russia. The 18-year-old from Georgia looking the brighter long-term prospect having already done well at both Wimbledon and the US Open in 2009.
That's all for today. Lots more to come as the tournament continues and don't forget to sign up for our free newsletter here.
Sunday 17th January
Well, the first Slam of the year, the Australian Open, is almost upon us with the action starting Down Under in just a few hours time. Remember, if you're not yet signed up for our exclusive outright bets for Melbourne there's still time, just make sure you contact us today.
The outright betting profits are mounting up - Cilic W2/1, Wawrinka e/w 6/1, Dementieva W7/1 and Gasquet e/w 12/1 - and there's some big prices to be taken about our outright bets for the men's and women's tournament. Make sure you're on ... click Australian Open outright bets.
R1 match bets for the Australian Open
Kohlschreiber W8/13, Baghdatis W9/10 & W8/15, Gasquet W2/5, Fish W8/11 and Mayer W4/5 - they were some of last week's match bet winners to add to previous winners this year up to a top price of W13/2. Now it's time to get our teeth into the first set of matches at Melbourne Park.
Florian Mayer (4/6) should see off a fellow German, Philipp Petzschner, having won a Challenger Tour event already this year in Noumea, being the higher ranked player of the two (No.60 compared to No.81) and having won their only previous meeting 6-3 6-2 in Shanghai late last year.
A solid looking pair are Evgeny Korolev to beat Daniel Brands along with Thomaz Bellucci to defeat Teimuraz Gabashvili. Neither the Russian (Korolev) nor the Brazilian (Bellucci) has played their opponent before on the main ATP Tour but their performances early in 2010 would suggest both should win later today. A double on Korolev/Bellucci (5/6) looks a solid investment for Day 1.
Finally, given their last meeting was a 6-7 7-6 7-6 6-7 16-14 marathon in the Davis Cup (a near 6 hour match!) the logic suggests that a first set score between Radek Stepanek and Ivo Karlovic could well be 6-7 or 7-6 either way. Stepanek 7-6 (7/2) or Karlovic 7-6 (5/1) is worth a small interest.

Saturday 16th January
A very warm welcome to the site. There's just one day to go before the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open, and we just can't wait for the action to begin Down Under. And, remember, if you're not yet signed up for our exclusive outright bets for Melbourne there's still time, just make sure you contact us today.
Just a couple of weeks into the new season and already our bets are landing winner after winner. In outright betting there's been the twin success of Marin Cilic W2/1 and Stanislas Wawrinka RU e/w 6/1 in Chennai and this week in the women's event in Sydney Elena Dementieva W7/1 and we still have Richard Gasquet (e/w 12/1) to play in the men's final.
John Isner 11/1 wins first time in Auckland
In our pre-season look ahead to 2010 we also picked out ten players from the ATP Tour who had never won a tournament... but looked capable of winning for a first time this year. Already the 6'9" American has won, lifting the Heineken Open title this week (read the full article).
And it's been a good week for our match bets with any number of free tennis bets winning in both Sydney and Auckland.
Match bet winners all through this week
Kohlschreiber W8/13, Baghdatis W9/10, Fish W8/11 along with winning advice on Gasquet W2/5 & Mayer W4/5 - adding to previous winners this year up to a top price of W13/2.
And members who signed up for our free newsletter received late match betting information (Marcos Baghdatis W8/15). Sign up for the newsletter and to get all the latest news and offers about the service.
We can take a break from the match betting today as the one game being played is Gasquet/Baghdatis in the Medibank International final and we're already on the Frenchman in the outright betting at 12/1.
Our bets for the Australian Open will be released very soon so remember to sign up for outright bets today. Tomorrow, Sunday morning, we start to reveal our R1 match bets for Melbourne ... be sure to bookmark this page and come back at 10.00am (GMT).
Friday 15th January
In the final week of action before the Australian Open the winners have kept on coming with our free tennis match bets - Kohlschreiber W8/13, Baghdatis W9/10, Fish W8/11, Mayer W4/5, Gasquet W2/5 - to add to previous winners already this year up to a top price of 13/2.
Also, those members who have signed up for our free newsletter received late match betting information only yesterday (which advised Marcos Baghdatis W8/15 over Mardy Fish in the Sydney SF). Do sign up for the newsletter and to get all the latest news and offers about the service.
Gasquet 12/1 makes Sydney final & Dementieva wins 7/1
Further outright betting success is also assured this week on two fronts as Richard Gasquet (given at 12/1) is in the Medibank International final and Elena Dementieva has already WON 7/1 in the women's final.
They follow Marin Cilic W2/1 & Stanislas Wawrinka e/w 6/1 last week in Chennai making it a great start to the year with our exclusive outright bets.

And, don't forget in terms of the first Grand Slam of the year, the draw has now been made for the Australian Open. Some very interesting ties are lined up for the coming fortnight and, of course, we'll cover them all right here. But don't forget as well to sign up for the outright bets for the event
With regards to the two finals to be played in each of the tournaments in Sydney and Auckland there's no need for us to get involved in the Medibank final as Gasquet e/w 12/1 is already a winner - hopefully he can go all the way and lift his first title since Mumbai (September 2007). The final of the Heineken Open in Auckland sees one of our players to watch for 2010, John Isner, take on Arnaud Clement.
More news tomorrow by 10.00am by which time we could be celebrating again with Gasquet & Dementieva.
Thursday 14th January
Philipp Kohlschreiber W8/13 kept a fine run of results going this week as he easily defeated Marc Gicquel 6-3 6-1 overnight in the Heineken Open and Mardy Fish W8/11 defeated Peter Luczak in the Medibank International.
This week we've advised Marcos Baghdatis W9/10, Leonardo Mayer W4/5, Richard Gasquet W2/5 plus Kohlschreiber and Fish yesterday with plenty more to come before the week is out.
With the Australian Open coming up next week we've the SF ties today in both Sydney at the Medibank International and in the Heineken Open in Auckland.
In the New Zealand event the 6'9" American John Isner has fond memories of playing his opponent Albert Montanes here. They played last year when Isner won it 7-6 7-5. Too short to take seriously, at around 1/3, Isner should get the job done but this one might well be closer than the odds suggest. In the other SF Kohlschreiber takes on Arnaud Clement. The German leads their series 1:0 and looks the call to win again, sadly he's also short at 1/2.
In Sydney the form of Richard Gasquet has been solid all week and he plays fellow countryman Julien Benneteau for a place in the final. Gasquet beat Benneteau here in 2007 6-1 6-4 and should frank that form later today. In the other tie Marcos Baghdatis (who won well against Lleyton Hewitt in the QF's) will face the American Mardy Fish. Baghdatis leads 2:0.
Prices still in short supply from most bookmakers at present but the best call today looks a double on Gasquet and Kohlschreiber (5/4).
There's plenty more free tennis bets (and more winners!) to follow this week, just remember to join us in time for next week's first Grand Slam of the year - the Australian Open - which starts on Monday.
The draw for this event will be made this coming Friday. Whatever you do, don't miss out so sign up here for our outright tennis betting tips!
Wednesday 13th January
Another good day yesterday Down Under as more match betting success came in Sydney as Marcos Baghdatis W9/10 and Leonardo Mayer W4/5 (Richard Gasquet W2/5 also) to make it a 100% winning day.
Don't forget as well, all these winners are posted each day absolutely free of charge, however any donation you wish to make to the running of the site will be greatly appreciated (see link below).
So plenty of winners already this week and plenty more to follow as the QF line-ups have now been confirmed in both Sydney and Auckland.
Starting with the Heineken Open in New Zealand and the former champion here (back in 2008) Philipp Kohlschreiber (8/13) looks a solid play against his French opponent, Marc Gicquel. The German won their only previous meeting in Vienna (6-2 6-2 in 2008) and does play well here. A good win yesterday against Thomaz Bellucci suggests he's a fair bet to see off the 32-year-old Gicquel who is a solid rather than spectacular performer.
Over in Sydney in the Medibank International, Peter Luczak beat the No.1 Tomas Berdych in R2 but might, as a result, be a bit too short against Mardy Fish (8/11) today. The American is the better player and really should be too good for the Aussie in their QF match tonight. They have played once before, way back in 2002, when Fish won a Challenger Tour match in San Antonio 6-4 6-7 6-4 - and he can win again here.
There's plenty more free tennis bets (and more winners!) to follow this week, just remember to join us in time for next week's first Grand Slam of the year - the Australian Open - which starts on Monday.
The draw for this event will be made this coming Friday. Whatever you do, don't miss out so sign up here for our outright bets!
Tuesday 12th January
Play continues today in the final two ATP Tour events before we head off to Melbourne next Monday for the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open - for which the draw is made this coming Friday.
Before then we plan to provide you with plenty more free tennis winners and don't forget as well, any donation you wish to make to the running of the site will be greatly appreciated.
As for today, Sydney is the first stop with the Medibank International and even though top seed Gael Monfils pulled out yesterday (shoulder) it's still a very competitive event.
Marcos Baghdatis (9/10) was annihilated by the Czech Tomas Berdych in Brisbane last week (0-6 1-6) but the Cypriot is a much better player than that performance suggested. His current world ranking of No.42 is below today's opponent, Viktor Troicki at No.29, but he's still arguably the better player of the two and looks a fair price to beat the Serb today.
Staying in Sydney, Richard Gasquet (2/5) is expected to account for Benjamin Becker but is rather short to recommend as a 'value' bet - whilst in the all-South American battle the call is for Leonardo Mayer (Argentina) to defeat Pablo Cuevas (Uruguay).
The 22-year-old from Buenos Aires, Leonardo Mayer (4/5) looks the more progressive player of the two and has won both previous meetings - which admittedly were on clay on the Challenger Tour - he can make the QF's.
Nothing to report from Auckland today in the Heineken Open but we'll be back there tomorrow that's for sure.
There's plenty more free tennis bets (and more winners!) to follow this week, just remember to sign up for our outright bets by clicking outright tennis bets!
Monday 11th January
It's the week before the first Grand Slam of 2010, the Australian Open, and players are getting in some last minute match practice on the ATP Tour with events in Sydney and Auckland.
It was winners all the way last week with Roddick W11/2, Clijsters W11/10, Tipsarevic/De Bakker W5/6, Sela W8/13, Lacko W1/1, Blake W8/11, Devvarman W4/5 and there was also the twin outright success in Chennai as our only two picks for the tournament (Cilic W2/1 & Wawrinka e/w 6/1) finished 1-2. Our picks for this week, including the WTA event in Sydney, are still available.
This week's free tennis match bets begin in the New Zealand event with Philipp Kohlschreiber (11/10) against David Nalbandian in Auckland's Heineken Open. The Argentine was out for much of last year with a hip injury and although he leads the German 2:1 on past meetings, Nalbandian is never one to back with total confidence at odds-on and that near 9 month absence might require a few matches for him to get 'back up to speed'. Kohlschreiber played, albeit not very well, in the Hopman Cup last week in Perth and won this event back in 2008.
When Guillermo Garcia-Lopez beat John Isner in San Jose back in 2008 it was 7-6 6-7 7-6 to the Spaniard. Today, in Auckland, for a first set scoreline we can back Isner 7-6 (5/1) and Garcia-Lopez 7-6 (6/1) - might just be worth an interest given that previous head-to-head form.
There's plenty more free tennis bets (and more winners!) to follow this week, just remember to sign up here for this week's outright tennis betting advice as there's a lot more profit to be had this week!
Sunday 10th January
Although Rafael Nadal missed out in the final of the Qatar Open yesterday, losing to Nikolay Davydenko 6-0 6-7 4-6 (and wasting 2 match points), the profits came with Andy Roddick in the Brisbane International.
The American won 7-6 7-6 to land us another first set score bet - W11/2 - to round off another highly profitable week with our free tennis match bets. Apart from Roddick there have been Clijsters W11/10, Tipsarevic/De Bakker W5/6, Sela W8/13, Lacko W1/1, Blake W8/11, Devvarman W4/5 etc.
Also, don't forget our superb and exclusive outright bets for each ATP Tour event.
This week we advised just two players for the Chennai Open - Marin Cilic (2/1) and Stanislas Wawrinka (6/1) - and they play each other in the final later today. Yet another event which our expert analysis has called 100% accurately.
Next week we're off to Sydney and Auckland, the final two events on tour before the Australian Open ... so make sure you're on!
As for the final today in Chennai, there's no need to get involved. Already on Cilic and Wawrinka we simply can't lose on the final (we just win even more money if the Swiss player lifts the title). It's a win-win situation.
All you need to do today is make sure that you're signed up for next week's two events in Sydney and Auckland.
There's plenty more free tennis bets (and more winners!) to follow next week, just remember to sign up here for next week's outright bets.
Saturday 9th January
It's been a good week for our free tennis bets with another winner coming on Thursday as Tipsarevic/De Bakker in Chennai (over 20.5 games) W5/6.
More is expected this weekend with the completion of tournaments in Doha, Chennai and Brisbane before next week the tour heads off to Sydney and Auckland for the final week's play before the Australian Open (which gets underway on January 18th). Remember, you can sign up for exclusive outright bets for all these events right now!
In the Qatar Open final today Rafael Nadal meets Nikolay Davydenko after the pair enjoyed good wins on Friday. Nadal trounced Viktor Troicki 6-1 6-3 whilst Davydenko downed top seed Roger Federer, also in straight sets.
This pair are 4:4 on past meetings (Nadal 3:0 clay, Davydenko 4:1 hard) and the Russian has won the last two - Shanghai & London - but the slight preference is for Rafael Nadal (5/6). He won in Abu Dhabi last week, has looked good again this week and Davydenko seems just a little short at 6/5.
In the Chennai Open it's the SF matches today. Stanislas Wawrinka faces Dudi Sela (not met before) whilst Marin Cilic takes on Janko Tipsarevic (leads 3:0). Fair to say, the No.2 and No.3 seeds haven't looked very impressive this week and need to up their games today in order to win. As such, quotes of Cilic (4/9) and Wawrinka (2/7) look much too short to seriously consider - even if both are the 'form favourites' for these ties.
Finally in the Brisbane International the final is between Andy Roddick and the defending champion, Radek Stepanek. Roddick leads 5:1 on past meetings (3:1 hard) but he may find the Czech player hard to put away. An option here is on the first set score, either Roddick 7-6 (11/2) or Roddick 6-4 (9/2) as the American hasn't found it easy to dominate against Stepanek in the past.
There's plenty more free tennis bets to follow (and more winners!) and also remember to sign up for next week's outright bets by clicking outright tennis betting advice.
Friday 8th January
Further success yesterday for our free tennis bets as Dudi Sela W8/13 against Kevin Kim in Chennai - this followed James Blake W8/11, Somdev Devvarman W4/5, Robin Soderling W5/6, Lukas Lacko W1/1, Rafael Nadal W10/11 & W13/2 already this month.
More than that, Kim Clijsters (11/10) is in the final of the Brisbane event, Great Britain (11/2) have made the Hopman Cup final and all this week's exclusive outright tennis bets are still in contention (don't forget next week we've got action in Auckland and Sydney - sign up for outright bets).
In this week's ATP Tour tournaments we're getting to the latter stages with several interesting ties in prospect. None more so than in the SF matches of the Qatar Open where even though No.2 seed Rafael Nadal should account for Viktor Troicki (leads 2:0) the market leader, and No.1 seed, Roger Federer faces a tough test against Nikolay Davydenko.
Federer leads their series 12:1 but the Russian won their last meeting in London at the World Tour Finals and must take heart from that victory. Federer has looked nothing special by his own standards this week, which suggests Davydenko must have half a chance. Best way to play this match is in the total number of games market, over 22 games (5/6) looking the best bet.
In the Chennai Open it's the four QF's today. The matches are rather uncompetitive with Marin Cilic (No.2) and Stanislas Wawrinka (No.3) both short odds to win against Santiago Giraldo and Michael Berrer respectively. Best bet is for the Janko Tipsarevic/Thiemo De Bakker match to be over 20.5 games (5/6) as the Serb (just 4/11 to win) may find the Dutch player no pushover later today.
Finally in the Brisbane International the SF's look very close calls and from a betting point of view are best left alone.
That's all the action for today. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for more free tennis bets and also remember to sign up here for next week's outright tennis betting advice.
Thursday 7th January
In the Chennai Open today Dudi Sela faces Kevin Kim for a place in the QF's. The pair have met three times before and whilst Kim leads 2:1, the view is that the Israeli, Sela, should prevail.
The No.5 seed stands at No.43 in the world, rising from No.107 last year, and despite losing in four sets to Kim at last year's US Open, Sela (aged 24) still looks the more upwardly mobile player than his 31-year-old opponent who currently lies at No.117 in the rankings. Early quotes of 8/11 about Sela have been snapped up but on the back of a solid 6-1 6-2 defeat of Denis Istomin in R1 Dudi Sela (8/13) is the logical bet in this match.
With a Saturday finish scheduled, we're already looking at the QF's in the Qatar Open and it looks likely that the four favourites will all oblige today - all at very short prices. Roger Federer (1/14) and Rafael Nadal (1/20) have looked in good nick this week and should account for Ernests Gulbis and Steve Darcis respectively, Viktor Troicki (8/15) is 3:0 against Lukasz Kubot and Nikolay Davydenko (1/4) should have too much guile for Ivo Karlovic.
The Brisbane International sees a couple of very interesting matches with Gael Monfils/James Blake and Andy Roddick/Richard Gasquet both catching the eye. The bookmakers find it hard to split Monfils and Blake (the American leads 2:1) with the Frenchman trading as a slight favourite - but he has reported some shoulder problems this week in Australia.
Roddick leads Gasquet 2:1 and the common expectation is that the top seed will have too much power for his French opponent. However, few players can match Gasquet's flair and shot-making and this could be a good match-up of contrasting styles, Roddick as short as 1/4 looks poor value.
Finally, a word about the WTA event in Brisbane. Kim Clijsters (11/10) still looks the girl to beat as despite the presence of Ana Ivanovic and fellow Belgian Justine Henin in the draw Clijsters appears to be the most forward in her work for 2010 and has put in a couple of good showings this week.
That's all for today. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for more free tennis bets as the QF line-up in each event is finalised.
Wednesday 6th January
The ATP Tour action this week comes from Brisbane, Chennai and Doha and we've already had plenty of winners with our free tennis bets.
James Blake W8/11, Somdev Devvarman W4/5, Thomaz Bellucci W1/2 and Lukas Lacko W1/1 have all won and there's plenty more tennis tips to follow over the coming days as these three events enter the final stages.
Starting today in the Qatar Open a good way to play the big-serving Croat Ivo Karlovic is on the fact that his matches tend to be close run affairs, with few breaks of serve and a high number of games. Today in R2, against his German opponent, Benjamin Becker, the call is for a first set scoreline of Karlovic 7-6 (7/2) or Becker 7-6 (5/1) - Karlovic leads 3:0, winning two of the six sets played 7-6, whilst Becker is match fit after coming through qualifying here and looks to be playing well.
There's nothing much to report in the Brisbane International during the next 24 hours and as for the final event of the week which takes place in India, the Chennai Open, there's again little to get overly excited about.
One R2 match caught the eye is the all-Dutch affair between Robin Haase and Thiemo De Bakker. Surprising these two have only met once before, back in 2006, and the three set result which happened then could very well be repeated today. 22-year-old Haase looks the better long-term prospect of the two players but he comes into 2010 after a long injury lay-off (knee) that kept him out for much of last year. Today's match might well prove close - back a three set match (11/10).
That's all for today. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for more free tennis tips as the QF line-up in each event is finalised.
Tuesday 5th January
It's been a great start to the year with our free tennis bets. The latest winner being James Blake W8/11 in Brisbane as he defeated Sam Querrey 4-6 6-3 6-4 in R1. Coming right after the success of Robin Soderling W5/6, Rafael Nadal W10/11 & W13/2 in Abu Dhabi that's a very profitable way to start the new season ... and there's plenty more to come!
Don't forget, aside from all these free tennis tips, you can sign up for our exclusive outright bets for every event on the ATP Tour in 2010 and also make sure you add yourself to our priority mailing list for all our very latest offers.
Today, in the Qatar Open, Roger Federer (1/50) and Rafael Nadal (1/25) start out but both their matches offer no obvious opportunities for profit - it's hard to see either slipping up against Christophe Rochus and Simone Bolelli today - Nikolay Daydenko should also win against Mikhail Kukushkin.
Over in the Chennai Open the chances are that Lukas Lacko (1/1) can frank the form of his Challenger Tour win over Yen-Hsun Lu in Seoul late last year. The 22-year-old Slovakian went from No.324 to No.82 in the world rankings last year with many notable efforts in the Far East. His opponent today, Lu, who hails from Chinese Taipei, is also ranked within the top 100 but despite winning a Challenger Tour event late in 2009 might struggle today against his younger opponent, Lacko.
In the Brisbane Internantional we do like Thomaz Bellucci, a Brazilian with a bright future, who faces the veteran Israeli, Harel Levy in R2. Levy trounced Michael Llodra 6-2 6-0 in R1 but Bellucci is a guy who won his first ATP event in 2009 (Gstaad) but has also proven himself capable on faster surfaces. His R1 win over Chela reads well enough, just a shame that Bellucci (1/2) has now been backed into such a skinny price.
That's all for today. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for more free tennis tips.
Monday 4th January
Plenty of action for us this week with the return of the main ATP Tour after just over 5 weeks off. However, we've already had winners this year in Abu Dhabi as Robin Soderling W5/6, Rafael Nadal W10/11 & W13/2 as well so make sure you come back each day for the very best free tennis bets ... or you'll miss out!
Don't forget as well our outright bets for this week's tournaments. If you're not already a member then make sure you sign up today.
As for today's match bets, in Brisbane we've got an all-American clash between James Blake and Sam Querrey. Blake leads their series 5:1 and can just shade what could well be a tight match today.
Querrey hasn't played since the US Open due to an arm injury and despite enjoying a great year in 2009 (making 5 finals) his opponent Blake (who was winless and generally in poor form last year) remains the proven performer at a higher level. That head-to-head data really makes the difference for the 30-year-old who starts 2010 with a new coach, injury free and renewed purpose. James Blake (8/11) is the call.
In Chennai Somdev Devvarman faces Rainer Schuettler. It always pays to note home players competing on native soil - Devvarman made the final here last year.
Don't expect the same this time around but facing the 33-year-old German, Schuettler, Devvarman (4/5) (a former NCAA champion in the States) can use home support to good effect and get the result.
Finally, in Doha, there's not too much to get excited about on Day 1 so we'll happily follow the matches there for another 24 hours before getting more involved over the coming days.
That's all for today. Don't forget to sign up for our exclusive outright bets and also to come back tomorrow for more free tennis tips.
Sunday 3rd January
Only a couple of days into the new season and already the winners are coming thick and fast! Over in the Capitala World Tennis Championship Robin Soderling W5/6, Rafael Nadal W10/11 & W13/2 as well to make it a profitable start to the 2010 campaign with our free tennis bets.
That's a great start to the year and don't forget, tomorrow we're off to Brisbane, Chennai and Doha as the regular season starts off and for our exclusive outright bets for each event make sure you sign up today (remember, Marin Cilic WON 13/2 in Chennai last year).
And, new for this season, you can also reference our database of last year's tournaments. Every single event from 2009 is covered in our Tournament Section which provides betting hints and advice you simply won't find anywhere else (e.g. see Brisbane here).
If you're not yet a member then make sure you sign up today to get our exclusive outright betting advice for the coming week (all three events are covered) as well as the full season ahead - including WTA Tour action!
We'll have more free tennis match bets in the morning but now we're off and running again for 2010 - and backing winners!! - make sure you sign up today for our exclusive outright tennis bets.
Saturday 2nd January
Two matches in Abu Dhabi yesterday and two very nice winners as first up Robin Soderling W5/6 against Roger Federer (+3.5 games on handicap) and then Rafael Nadal W13/2 against David Ferrer (won first set 7-6).
That's a great start to the year and don't forget, on Monday we're off to Brisbane, Chennai and Doha as the regular season starts off and for our exclusive outright bets for each event make sure you sign up today.
And, as well outright bets (for example, Soderling 7/1 was advised this week in the UAE) there will be plenty more free tennis bets to follow. So, whatever you do, bookmark this page and come back to us each and every day for the very best tennis tips on the net.
Today's final in Abu Dhabi has Nadal (10/11) as the slight favourite over Soderling (1/1). The Swede has won their last two meetings, including that famous win at Roland Garros last June, and has a great chance of adding to his 6-7 7-6 6-2 win over Roger Federer in the SF's yesterday - his first win over the world No.1.
Nadal battled past Ferrer 7-6 6-3 to make today's final and there's no doubt he won't go down without a fight today.
In all, a very tough match to call. With an outright interest on Soderling already (at 7/1) we're happy to sit back and watch today's final with the only advice being a small saver on Nadal (10/11) if you followed our earlier outright advice. If you're not already on Soderling ... make sure you sign up today for next week's three tournaments in Brisbane, Chennai and Doha.
Friday 1st January
It seems fitting that 2010 gets underway with the world's top two players in action.
Roger Federer plays Robin Soderling and Rafael Nadal faces David Ferrer in the SF's of the Capitala World Tennis Championships in Abu Dhabi.
Federer leads Soderling 12:0 on past meetings (28:2 in sets!) making the odds about the Swiss player to win (1/3) quite understandable. However, it's interesting to note that 12 of those sets have gone to tie-breaks - and Soderling beat Wawrinka yesterday 7-6 7-6 - so, with Federer playing his first match after the break, this game could be closer than the outright odds suggest.
Is Soderling value to win at 11/4? Probably not. But given the above data backing the Swede +3.5 games (5/6) on the handicap has appeal should Federer take time to hit his stride first time out.
David Ferrer beat Davydenko 2-6 6-2 6-4 after coming back from being a break down in the third set. Today he faces Nadal trailing his fellow Spaniard 3:8 (1:6 clay but a respectable 2:2 on hard).
Nadal's end of year form was very poor on tour (by his high standards) and he's hardly had any time to re-group before heading out to the Middle East - so, like Federer, we have to ask how ready he is to face a player who has already had a run-out in these conditions.
On the stats, Ferrer (11/4) has much more appeal than Nadal (1/3) but the underlying feeling is that Nadal's battling qualities could still prove too strong here. With this in mind, a first set score of Nadal 6-4 (4/1) or Nadal 7-6 (13/2) looks a value play with the world No.2 having won three of his four sets (on hard) against Ferrer by this scoreline.
